The sources for the Philadelphia Section Procedures Manual are the official IESNA Section Guide, past IES Philadelphia Board meetings minutes, and accumulated experiences of various section members. This manual is an attempt to marshal the combined knowledge in a useful and organized document. It is meant to serve as a guide for new and existing officers and Board members before starting a program or an event.
